Meet the Artist

Dave Stevenson is a NYC sculptor renowned for his powerful, dynamic abstractions and playful, inventive jewelry design ( This is a NEW website dedicated to supporting and documenting Dave's public artworks. First project? Producing and installing Acrobat, a massive, lyrical bronze sculpture chosen by NYC Parks' Art in the Parks (East River Park) 2019 program. Proceeds from all sales & donations here will go directly towards covering its massive production and installation costs. Dave has been represented by Galerie Les Artisans in St-Barthélemy, F.W.I. since 2000. He has completed notable commissions for the William J. Clinton Foundation and the U.S.S. America. Corporate collections include Pfizer Inc. and filmmaker James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment. Dave’s bold artwork has been featured on screens both big & small for productions on ABC, CBS, Fuse, VH1 Classic and most recently, Netflix (MARVEL! shhh/zip it...details later). Publications include The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Harper’s Bazaar, Town & Country, Seventeen, St-Barth Weekly and Ensemble Lifestyles. Dave lives primarily in Manhattan but maintains a larger, live/work art studio in the Catskills, strategically located striking distance from the bronze foundry and his favorite climbing crag, the Gunks. He graduated from The College of William & Mary with a B.A. in Fine Arts.
