Dave Stevenson’s sculptures reach, twist, beckon toward sentience; poised to launch off their pedestals.
Represented by Galerie Les Artisans in St-Barthélemy, F.W.I. since 2000, Stevenson has completed notable commissions for the William J. Clinton Foundation and the U.S.S. America. Corporate collections include Pfizer Inc., Brandywine Realty Trust, and filmmaker James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment. His bold artwork has been featured in productions on ABC, CBS, Fuse, VH1 Classic, HBO MAX, Paramount-Plus & NETFLIX (e.g. MARVEL’s Jessica Jones etc.). Publications include St-Barth Weekly, Harper’s Bazaar, Town & Country, People, Seventeen, and Ensemble Lifestyles. Stevenson splits his time between an apartment/design studio in Manhattan and a live/work studio in the Catskills; strategically located striking distance from the bronze foundry and his favorite climbing crag, the Gunks. He graduated from The College of William & Mary with a B.A. in Fine Arts.
